A lifestyle change of eating habits, I eliminated WHEAT from my diet. I have lost over 60 pounds on a gluten free plan.
I don't feel deprived because I can eat carbohydrates such as potatoes, chips that are corn or potato based. I can eat rice any time. And of course any meat in any style.
