A typical day of eating for me since I started taking weightlifting more seriously. Lots of protein from grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. :)

Quick tip: This is probably a lot of cooking for the average person to do everyday. That's why I usually make large portions for dinner so I have leftovers for the next day or two. This makes it easier to stay on track with healthy eating!
