Are you familiar with the glycemic index? No it has nothing to do with the stock exchange or banking system for that matter.
It has to do with gaging the response to the food we take in and how it reacts on our bodies.
Because our diet is so highly refined, the food we take in causes our blood sugar to spike causing an insulin response which over time can cause some health problems including diabetes and heart disease.
I have a couple of trick on how to lose weight By checking the food you eat with the Glycemic index you can see if the food rates too high on the G.I. which can lead to Diabetes or for that matter Heart Disease and a number of other problems.By eating food lower on the G.i. you can possibly lose weight.
A couple of tricks I have used is, one if you exercise you should change you routine completely every 3 weeks. It keeps your body guessing. Another trick (a body building trick) is to ask your self what you will be doing for the next 3 to 4 hours then eat accordingly. Low carb. if you are going to take a nap and high carb of you are going to dig a ditch.
