The real reasons you aren't losing weight on a vegan diet



My hope in making this video is that those of you who may not be achieving your desired results on a vegan diet can discover what may be preventing this and move forward with confidence in your health journey. A plant based lifestyle saved my life, quite literally, and I want everyone to experience just how good it can make you feel (and look) inside and out.

A high carb, plant based diet promotes athletic endurance, strength, high energy levels, beautiful skin + hair, and mental clarity. Whole plant foods have been scientifically proven to lower the risk of developing chronic diseases (even reverse some) and allow you to stay lean and healthy long term. FOOD = FUEL. The majority of people aren't aware of how GOOD you can feel in both mind, body, and spirit every single day when you nourish your body with a plant based diet.
