How I Lost Body Fat & Built Muscle on a Vegan Plant Based Diet



In this video I share my most recent fitness journey, which began in July 2016.
The purpose of this video is to show that you can lose body fat and build muscle on a vegan plant- based diet without freaking out or obsessing over NUMBERS. This is why I don’t mention WEIGHT in the video, because seriously WHO CARES how much I weigh ?! I am happy, fit and STRONG ! I loved my body THEN and I love even more NOW. I am so grateful to be able to share my experiences with you all and I hope you take something positive from this video. Getting fit and healthy does not have to be a dreadful experience.
