Cooked vegan vs raw vegan, What's the difference?



There are some fundamental differences between a cooked vegan and raw vegan diet. Where talking the difference between cellular hydration and chronic dehydration. Your food when cooked is devoid of the perfect water that once once contained within before it was chemically altered by heat (i.e cooked). No where in nature do we see another species performing such an act not because they don't have the ability but because it is a sub par way to consumer energy in the form of food. You see all fruits vegetables herbs and other plants have and energetic force within them that when heated will diminish rapidly to the point of non existence (i.e dead) When you consume a dead food source your energy and physical body will match this. As the saying goes you are what you eat. So eat the best quality most energetic food on earth.
