1 DAY.
MORNING. Tea and a tablespoon of honey (add the honey, nuts, figs, lemon, raisins)
LUNCH. Full (all the things)
SNACK orange or grapefruit
DINNER 1% kefir

DAY 2. Morning tea and honey
full lunch, snack and dinner yogurt

DAY three. Morning tea, honey
lunch, snack, dinner, cottage cheese 1%

DAY four. four occasions tea with honey

DAY 5. four occasions yogurt

DAY 6. Going again to what began in reverse order (5,four, three,2,1 days)
