I didn't lose any weight this week- stuck at 203. I think I have hit a barrier in my weight loss and need to increase the cardio. I think the 200 pound area will be a big plateau to break through and each of the next pounds will get harder and harder. I have 6 weeks remaining before my vacation to lose the remaining 13 pounds.
