What i eat in a day #2

Another what I eat video! All vegan and delicious. Super super easy and all recipes take under 10mins! ( in some cases 5mins).
I try and stick to an oil free diet! I don't eat a huge amount for breakfast, but do tend to have massive lunches and dinners. I enjoy these meals the most.
I have been on a weightloss journey throughout my whole life, and veganism was the only diet in which I could eat as much as I want, feel fantastic, have loads of energy and lose weight at same time.
I highly recommend this diet to every single person!!!
