How to lose weight on a vegan diet? Easy!! Well, not so easy... anyways here are some tips if you struggle with your weight as well as a quick and healthy vegan recipe!!
HEALTHY VEGAN BOWL
Brown rice
1 cup short grain brown rice 200 g
2 cups water 500 ml
Place the rice in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add the water . Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and let stand covered for 20 minutes.
Vinaigrette
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp srirarcha sauce
salt and pepper
Add veggies, mix it and...eat it!!
