Circuses, zoos, marine parks, horse racing/riding or other animal ‘entertainment’ or captive institutions
Vegans do not purchase or use:
Animals, products tested on animals or products containing animal ingredients
Vegans do eat:
Vegetables, fruits, legumes (beans, lentils etc), grains (rice, wheat, oats etc), mushrooms, nuts and seeds
Vegans do wear:
Cotton, polyester, satin, nylon, microfibre, hemp, bamboo etc
Vegans do attend:
Animal rescue sanctuaries, human only circuses etc
Vegans do:
Adopt and foster any species in need
