What I Eat In A Day To Lose Weight (Vegan)



What i eat in a day to lose weight (vegan recipes for weight loss). Healthy weight loss recipes. How to lose weight and lose fat fast for women, men and teenagers.

These are healthy vegan recipes that will help you to lose weight. I don't count calories because I don't think it is good for long term weight loss. I believe in eating healthy 'clean foods' in good portion sizes to burn fat. These breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes show how yummy and easy it can be to lose weight, even for beginners!

HEALTHY RECIPES FOR WEIGHT LOSS:

BREAKFAST - Overnight oat and chia pudding
Ingredients:
Oats
Chia seeds
Soy milk
Frozen cherries
Maple syrup
Bananas
Cocoa nibs
Method:
Combine 1/2 a cup of oats with 1/4 cup of chia seeds then mix with 1 cup of soy milk. Add a bit of maple syrup then cover and place in the fridge over night. In the morning take it out and blend some frozen cherries with some maple syrup and put this over the pudding. Top with banana slices and cocoa nibs.

LUNCH - Chickpea Tuna Wrap
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1/2 onion
1 avocado
2 TBSP tahini
Wholegrain mustard
Sweet chilli sauce
Blue corn tortilla chips
Wrap
Method:
To a bowl, add the chickpeas and mash slightly with a fork. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Put the chickpea tuna on a wrap along with some crushed tortilla chips and some sweet chilli sauce

DINNER - Mushroom and Asparagus risotto
Ingredients:
3 asparagus spears,
1 white onion
1 clove garlic
300g mushrooms
Brown rice (2 packets Uncle Bens rice)
900ml vegetable stock
Salt & pepper
Nutritional yeast
Method:
Cook the asparagus in a pan of boiling water for around a minute. Drain and then set aside. Brown onion in a large pan with a little olive oil, add in the garlic, cook off and then add the mushrooms and cook well. Season with salt and pepper, add in cooked brown rice with veg stock. Bring to a boil, place the lid on and leave to simmer for 25 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve, sprinkle with a little nutritional yeast and top with asparagus
